Battle Lax Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if something isn't quite right, we’ve made the return process simple. Please read our return policy below to ensure a smooth return experience.
Return Eligibility & Timeframe
Returns for new, unused products can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags still attached.
Items must be shipped back to us no more than 14 days from the issuing of the return label. Both the product AND its original packaging must be returned in sellable condition.Â
RefundsÂ
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product, excluding original shipping costs.Â
Packaging & Shipping
Please securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging, if possible, and include your Order Number. Attach the prepaid return label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at your nearest UPS location. If you choose to use your own label, please ensure the item is shipped via your carrier of choice.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Clearance Items Clearance items and other discounted items marked final sale cannot be returned
- Custom products, including stringing and personalized helmets
- Opened or used field equipment (goals, rebounders, nets, etc.)
- Team store items (all custom team orders are final sale)
- Shoes & Cleats: Must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. If returned without the original box or in non-resellable condition, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund. Worn shoes, including those with visible scuff marks, dirt, or turf residue, cannot be returned.
- A 5% restocking fee will apply to all footwear returns.Â
