Battle Lax works directly with manufacturers to handle all warranty-related issues. If the product you purchased is defective or breaks, you may contact us to begin a processing the warranty with the manufactuerer. As long as the product is under warranty, the manufacturer will provide an exchange. Please retain your original receipt, as manufacturers require it to process a claim.

• Important: Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. This warranty applies to items such as heads, shafts, and pads. Battle Lax is not responsible for these warranty claims.
